1. How does Add-Chats learn my company’s information?
There is one template to be filled with your basic information, on top of the documents you already have: product sheets, manuals, FAQs, policies, even slide decks. Our system parses and semantically indexes that content, trains an AI model on it, and launches your bot within 24 hours. No hand-built decision trees or flow-charts required.
2. What exactly is included in the “one free update per year”?
Once every 12 months we’ll retrain your Agent, at no cost, on any new or edited documents or information you provide (up to the same page count as the original set). Need more frequent updates? Simply purchase an Update Pack (from €75) anytime.
3. We make small tweaks to our docs every few weeks, will the bot answer incorrectly?
Most incremental doc edits don’t change core answers. But to stay safe, we can offer a custom regular update every few weeks for an additional fee.
